Millennial Projects PTY Ltd (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider") is a privately owned company.

By using the Service Provider's services, you agree to comply with all published policies of the Service Provider.

Internet Usage Expectations

You are expected to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other users. A basic understanding of the Internet’s functionality, appropriate use, and common-sense behavior is expected.

The following are considered unacceptable uses:

  • Illegal activities such as unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, harassment, fraud, hacking, or drug dealing.
  • Violation of export restrictions, malicious conduct, or unauthorized access.
  • Domain squatting or any other illicit behavior.

Interpretation

This Policy provides general guidelines and is not exhaustive. Any behavior that contravenes laws, regulations, or accepted Internet norms is prohibited. The Service Provider reserves the right to prohibit actions that could harm its reputation or operations.

Illegal Use

The Service Provider's infrastructure must only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or storage of any material that violates the law or intellectual property rights is strictly forbidden.

The Service Provider will determine violations at its sole discretion.

System and Network Security

Any security violations are strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences. Examples include unauthorized access, DoS or DDoS attacks, packet forging, and exploitation of known vulnerabilities.

All applications hosted must be patched within 12 hours of updates. Failure to do so may result in action by the Service Provider, including suspension or deletion of content.

The Account Holder agrees to indemnify the Service Provider for any claims arising from policy violations.

VPS and Dedicated Server Use

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Gaming servers
  • Torrents or TOR nodes
  • Commercial VPNs, proxies, tunnels, or gateways
  • Streaming, Usenet, crypto mining
  • High resource consumption activities

Excessive resource use may incur additional fees payable within 2 days. Account Holders are responsible for monitoring their usage.

WHMCS Licensing

Licenses purchased through Millennial Projects PTY Ltd must be used only on servers within its network. Violations may result in suspension without refund.

Tortious Conduct

No defamatory or emotionally harmful content shall be posted without consent. Violations of intellectual property are also prohibited.

Compromised Email Accounts

The Service Provider may suspend compromised mail accounts and enforce 2FA. If unsupported, accounts will be migrated at the client's expense.

Spamming & Bulk Email

Unsolicited or bulk email is strictly prohibited. Spam may be blocked or throttled without notification. Sending via other mail servers without permission is also forbidden.

Bulk Transactional Email

Bulk transactional emails must not be sent via shared servers. Violations may result in rerouting or suspension with cost implications.

Email Monitoring

Inbound and outbound email traffic may be monitored for performance, statistics, and spam control. Data remains property of the Service Provider.

Email Interception

The Service Provider may intercept transmissions to ensure system integrity. This includes rejection, throttling, and archiving.

Password Policies

Weak passwords may lead to service suspension. Penalties include R1000 per incident, with investigations billed at R1500 per hour after the first hour. Use complex passwords with mixed characters.

Usage Limitations

The following are prohibited:

  • Off-topic posts in forums or newsgroups
  • Provoking complaints through unsolicited email
  • Channelling such activities via Millennial Projects servers
  • Providing false identity information

Abuse Complaints

Complaints may result in service suspension or termination. Repeated offenses can lead to permanent account closure.

AUP Violations

Investigations begin within 24–48 hours. During this time, access may be restricted. Confirmed violations may lead to suspension or legal action. No credits are issued for violations-related outages.

Modifications

The Service Provider may change this policy at any time without prior notice.
